Virtual Office Sign Up - Agreement

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION (This section must be completed to start service.)
  • At Client’s request, Presidential Business Center will forward all of Client’s mail to an address specified by Client for a fee of $7 per mailing plus postage. Copies, mail metering and other variables are available for additional fees. Client may utilize Presidential Business Center’s facilities Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ONLY. Please call the receptionist to make reservations - minimum one-hour increments. Client must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the hours reserved will be deducted from the total number of hours allotted*. There is an additional fee for reserving hours before or after business hours, minimum 1 hour.

    TERMS: PRESIDENTIAL BUSINESS CENTER reserves the right to terminate immediately if initial payment checks are returned NSF. Payments are due on the 1st day of the month. If payment is not received by the 5th, a $35 late fee will be accessed and your services may be terminated. Client must submit written notice to terminate service 30 days in advance of the end date for a 3 month term, 60 days in advance of the end date for a 6 month term, 90 days in advance of the end date for a 12 month term. UNLESS CANCELLED AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THIS AGREEMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A CONTINUING BASIS FOR THE SAME TERM WITH A 5% INCREASE AT EACH RENEWAL.

    To activate service, please submit payment. PBC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (A credit card authorization form must be signed for credit card payments).

  • * If client exceeds the number of office/conference room hours allotted, there will be a $20 charge per hour – one- hour minimum. Additional hours may be purchased at the beginning of the month in 8-hour increments for $20.

    Please note:
    - Virtual Office hours max at 40 hours total per month.
    - Hours cannot be added mid-month.
    - Hours must be added before the first of each month.
    - There will be an administrative fee and additional persons fee for groups of 6 or more. (This does not include signee(s)).
    * Day office/conference room usage is subject to availability.

    Presidential Business Center reserves the right to relocate you to another office or conference room. All rates and fees are subject to change
